This page explains what data the duecall.uz website and the Duecall service use, why, and for how long.
The request form
The name, company, phone, email and message from the pilot request are used only to contact you and plan the pilot. They are stored on our server and sent to the team's notification channel. They are not sold to third parties.
The browser demo
The demo conversation runs on sample data. The audio and text of the conversation are sent to external AI services for speech recognition, reply generation and voice synthesis; the transcript and result are stored on our server to improve quality. Do not say real personal or financial details.
The phone demo
The number you enter is used to send an SMS code and to place one test call. The transcript and result of that call are kept on the same terms as the demo. The number is not used for anything else.
The service for customer organisations
A customer's list, call results, transcripts and recordings are kept on the customer's behalf, for the period and in the place defined by the contract (cloud or the customer's servers). The use of external AI providers for speech services and their terms are stated in the contract. The customer's debtor is told at the start of the conversation that the call is recorded.
